How much is shipping?
- This depends on the product ordered, the total weight, and where we're shipping to. Some items will have free shipping and some will not. Our standard shipping cost is 6.95 (USD) unless you order a large amount of weight.
How do I track my package?
- To track your order, you need to visit our courier's website. Click HERE to track your order.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
- Once shipped, your order will arrive within 10 to 20 business days for United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, other countries can take up to 28 business days, depending on how fast customs clearances takes place and due to having multiple warehouses overseas.You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. Feel free to email us to check on your order status. We're happy to help.
I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?
- Since we print on demand and we have a large assortment of products not stocked in house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way.
What about Duties, Tax and Charges?
- Custom Duties, Tax and Charges are not included in our base price. This is a shopper’s responsibility as each country has different Custom Duties and Laws of Taxation.
Where do your other items come from?
- Just Love Skulls is all about bringing you unique and specialty items that you won't find anywhere else. So we source items from all over the world. Because while some of our items do come from right here is the US, there are many items that are simply not available stateside. To keep a diverse group of products you will love, we go far and wide to find the best manufacturers designing the coolest stuff.
